Yup easy and fun, you just need a little time and some candies. I used jelly beans, gum drops, candy corn some edible grass. You can pretty much use anything just get your ideas together before hand and make a list. You can call them whatever you like, Easter Cupcakes, Spring Cupcakes etc. Candy corn comes in Easter colors this time of year so Walgreen's or you pharmacy store should have all those candies.
