Christmas cookie trays ready to deliver today. I made mini Red Velvet whoopee pies, Chocolate Devil Crinkle cookies, Apricot and Blackberry shortbread cookies, Handmade cream cheese mints, Cream Cheese sugar cookies with red poured fondant and cream cheese sugar cookies with chocolate ganache and ganache with almonds. The good thing about baking them, the chef has to try them all. :)
