Spring. It's been a balmy eleven degrees out and in the negative digits at night. I seriously hate the cold and the snow but have committed myself to dealing with it for the next eighteen months. To break up the monotony of being indoors I decided to bake some cookies. Cookies, Spring, Spring, Cookies. I just figured together it might just brighten up the day. At least it kept me busy for awhile and in the end I was able to eat a few cookies, before we distribute them to the neighbors.
