The holidays are over and things are getting back to normal. I have been making some new things, mostly to keep me busy. Apple enchiladas and Pretzel Salad. Both were good, however it will take a few times of making them to adjust the reciepes to my liking and to perfect them a bit.
Looking at apartments on the east coast so we can plan our move this fall. Looks like we will be have an estate sale May, June and July. Well starting in May until everything is sold.
I'm not thrilled with the idea of moving back east but it will be nice to be able to see our kids once in awhile. Hate the thought of short summers and long winters.
